NK Zagreb : the history
Nogometni Klub Zagreb, commonly known as NK Zagreb, is one of the oldest football clubs in Croatia and one of the traditional clubs of the capital city, Zagreb. Founded in 1903 under the name PNIŠK, the club is regarded as one of the oldest football institutions in the country. For much of its history, NK Zagreb served as the main city rival to Dinamo Zagreb, developing a strong working-class identity and earning widespread respect within Croatian football. Its traditional red and white colours have represented the club throughout more than a century of sporting history.
Throughout its long existence, NK Zagreb has featured numerous talented footballers. Among its most notable figures are Ivica Olić, who began his rise to international prominence with the club, alongside Krunoslav Jurčić, Goran Ljubojević, Damir Krznar and Mario Mandžukić, who spent part of his youth development within the club's system. NK Zagreb became well known for its ability to develop young players who later enjoyed successful professional careers.
The greatest achievement in the club's history came during the 2001-02 season, when NK Zagreb, managed by Zlatko Kranjčar, won its first and only Croatian Championship. The triumph was historic because NK Zagreb became the first club other than Dinamo Zagreb or Hajduk Split to win the Croatian league title after the country's independence. The achievement remains one of the biggest surprises in Croatian football history and secured the club's place among the nation's most respected teams.
In the following years, NK Zagreb participated in European competitions, representing Croatia in UEFA Champions League and UEFA Cup qualifying rounds. However, during the following decade the club experienced increasing financial and sporting difficulties, resulting in relegations and a gradual decline from its former status within Croatian football.
Home matches were traditionally played at the historic Stadion Kranjčevićeva, opened in 1921, one of the oldest and most distinctive football stadiums in Croatia. Located in central Zagreb, the stadium served for decades as the heart of the club's football culture and one of the city's most recognizable sporting venues.
Despite its decline in recent years, NK Zagreb retains a special place in Croatian football history thanks to its historic 2002 league title, its more than century-long tradition and its contribution to the development of players who later achieved success at the highest international level.

Printing Errors in Stickers and Trading Cards: When a Flaw Can Make All the Difference
In the world of sticker and sports trading card collecting, printing errors are among the most fascinating aspects of the hobby. However, it's important to dispel a common myth: not every rare sticker owes its value to a production mistake. In many cases, rarity is the result of limited print runs, uneven distribution, or specific production circumstances. Over the years, publishers?Panini above all?have had to correct numerous mistakes before or during the distribution of their collections. The most common examples include:
From Homeless to Millionaire Thanks to a Trading Card: The Incredible Story of Damian Olivera-Bergallo
The world of sports card collecting is full of remarkable stories, but few are as extraordinary as that of Damian Olivera-Bergallo. After emigrating to the United States and facing extreme financial hardship, he managed to build a fortune through football trading cards—especially those featuring Lionel Messi. While living in his car and working odd jobs as a dishwasher and Uber driver, Damian came across a bag containing a collection of vintage football trading cards. He decided to spend his last €200 to buy it, unaware that the purchase would completely change his life.
INTERVIEW DAVIDE CRANCHI : M.F.A. MAGAZINE
My name is Davide Cranchi, and throughout my life I have always believed in one very simple principle: that true projects are not created merely to occupy a space, but to leave a mark. I am an Italian entrepreneur living in Taiwan, but before that, I am a person who loves to build bridges where others see only distance. Bridges between cultures, between people, between worlds that may appear far apart, yet which, once they find the right language, discover that they are able to move in the same direction. Over the course of my journey, I have brought to life different ventures, all united by the same vision: to create value, create connections, and create the future. On one side

My parents and grandparents would often buy me a pack of stickers after school or when I was well-behaved
INTERVIEW - COLLECT IT DUO
Collectibles CardsGuru (Alberto & Arnaldo), Pavia, @collectibles.cardsguru.
NEW INTERVIEW : GOAL GRAIL GALLERY
My nickname is @goalgrailgallery on Instagram. I'm an Italian living abroad, deeply passionate about football. My collecting goal is to act like an archaeologist, unearthing early and rare cards of the greatest football players throughout history. I have also published my personal list of the key players of each decade, from the 1950s onward, and I try to collect all these greats. I started collecting many years ago. My love affair with football began in 1994, when I watched my first match ? it was love at first sight. Since then, I have spent 30 years following football: watching, writing about it, and, recently, collecting memorabilia. In the 1990s, I built a solid collection of Panini Calciatori albums with my father; we even ordered some earlier editions together. My collecting journey kicked off around 1994?95, then it restarted a couple of years ago.

INTERVIEW : AL JUGELA
Al Jugela, South Carolina, USA. I collect more than 500 players whom I believe were among the best of their eras and/or countries from the inception of the game through modern days. I started collecting soccer stickers and cards around 2008 as I have always love the sport (and played it as well). My other collecting interests were nearing and "end" (nearly complete), so it was a natural progression for my collecting.
INTERVIEW : GIANNI BELLINI
