My love affair with football began in 1994, when I watched my first match ? it was love at first sight. Since then, I have spent 30 years following football: watching, writing about it, and, recently, collecting memorabilia. In the 1990s, I built a solid collection of Panini Calciatori albums with my father; we even ordered some earlier editions together. Ho iniziato a collezionare nei primi anni 70,ma in modo importante a metà degli anni 80, ho iniziato a raccogliere le figurine perché era bello associare un volto ascoltato alla radio, in particolare alla trasmissione "tutto il calcio minuto per minuto". Se dovessi iniziare adesso a collezionare forse non lo farei,nel calcio,ma nello sport in generale, manca il romanticismo di una volta.
